		<description>Hey-good luck with this adventure.

1-Your body cannot remember more than three hours at a time--eat snacks/meals more than 3 hours apart and it kicks into starvation mode which makes it want to hold onto everything ya got.
2-Watch out for those hidden sugars-Gatorade is a good example
3-Losing weight is 99% mental 1% physical
